Mechanical Engineer & Design Specialist

Summary

We’re seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with experience in aerospace design and a passion for pushing the boundaries of technology. As part of our engineering team, you’ll play a key role in developing and refining the innovative designs of our fixed-wing VTOL drones. The ideal candidate will have expertise in aerodynamics, structural design, and materials selection to create high-performance systems that are both reliable and efficient.

  • Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to develop innovative mechanical solutions for VTOL drones;

  • Apply principles of aerodynamics to optimize performance, stability, and efficiency;

  • Conduct design and stress analysis, and prototype new concepts for both commercial and defense applications;

  • Ensure designs meet rigorous industry standards and are optimized for production;

  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and refinement of mechanical components.

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field;

  • Experience in the design and analysis of aerospace structures, systems, or components;

  • Strong understanding of aerodynamics and materials science;

  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks or similar);

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Drone Test Pilot – Fixed-Wing & Quadcopter

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Drone Test Pilot with deep knowledge in both fixed-wing and quadcopter flight dynamics to help push the boundaries of our drone technology. In this role, you’ll be responsible for testing, evaluating, and providing feedback on the performance of our VTOL drones, ensuring they meet stringent flight standards and operational requirements for both defense and commercial applications.

  • Conduct test flights of VTOL drones in various environments and conditions;

  • Assess drone performance, stability, and efficiency in both fixed-wing and vertical flight modes;

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to analyze flight data and provide actionable feedback for design improvements;

  • Document flight test results and help identify areas for optimization;

  • Assist in refining flight protocols and safety procedures to ensure operational excellence.

  • Proven experience as a drone test pilot, with a strong background in both fixed-wing and quadcopter systems;

  • In-depth knowledge of unmanned aerial systems (UAS), including flight control systems and aerodynamics;

  • Ability to perform test flights in various conditions, including complex and high-stress environments;

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify performance issues and solutions;

  • FAA Part 107 certification.

Drone Assembly Technician

We’re hiring Drone Assembly Technicians who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about building high-quality unmanned systems. In this role, you’ll be responsible for assembling and integrating critical components of our VTOL drones, ensuring every system is meticulously built to meet our performance standards.   • Assemble drone components, including motors, avionics, flight controllers, and other critical systems;

  • Perform routine quality control checks to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship;

  • Support testing and troubleshooting of assembled drones, identifying and correcting issues as needed;

  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand assembly requirements and ensure precise builds;

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

  • Experience in mechanical or electronic assembly, preferably in aerospace or robotics;

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to follow technical drawings and specifications;

  • Familiarity with UAV systems, avionics, or similar technologies is a plus;

  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve assembly-related problems;

  • Hands-on approach to work and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
